About Us

 Tender Touch Home Health Care is a proud provider of Consumer Directed Services (CDS) and Home Health Care in the St. Louis area. We work with individuals who need assistance with day-to-day tasks but want to remain in control of their care. Consumer Directed Services is a State Plan Personal Care program that empowers clients to direct their own care, including hiring and managing their caregivers. 

Through the CDS program, we provide support with a wide range of activities, such as:

• Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other daily activities.
• Housekeeping: Light cleaning, laundry, and other tasks that help maintain a safe and clean home environment.
• Transportation: Ensuring clients have access to essential services, including medical appointments, grocery shopping, and community activities.

In addition to CDS, we offer Independent Living Waiver (ILW) Services, which provide more comprehensive support for eligible consumers. These services go beyond what’s available through the standard CDS program and include:  

• Case Management: Ongoing support and coordination of services to ensure that each client receives the right care and resources.
• Environmental Accessibility Adaptations: Home modifications that improve safety and mobility, allowing clients to move around their homes with greater ease.
• Specialized Medical Equipment & Supplies: Access to medical tools and devices necessary for a higher level of care and independence.
• Personal Care: Enhanced personal care services tailored to the specific needs of individuals with greater support requirements.
