Individuals on Medicaid will need to meet Missouri Division of Senior & Disability Services (DSDS) criteria for Medicaid funded services. DSDS will complete an assessment to determine the person's level of care and need for services.
DSDS will construct a personalized care plan designed to fit your needs and will send it to Tender Touch Home Health Care/CDS.
Once the assessment has been completed and a care plan finalized, we can help you through the process of hiring a caregiver. We will be with you every step of the way to ensure that you get the care you deserve from the people you trust!
